Day 9 of the advent calendar shenanigans, and it's back to the mid-1980s for a graphic used by Thames when announcing a choice of viewing on ITV and Channel 4. Imagine Philip Elsmore or Peter Marshall doing the announcement, and you're there.
I encountered the terseness of a Teddington Studios security lady the other day when taking a photo of an old Thames photo on the wall. Some people JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND.

What was the picture of, and can I use it as a window on the Advent calendar? She probably thought you were a terrorist from ATV.
